Palace Hotel Rosewood São Paulo

Palace Hotel Rosewood São Paulo

The majestic building of 1943, of the former Maternidade Matarazzo (Matarazzo Maternity), is home to the first of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts chain in South America. The interiors were created by renowned designer Philippe Starck.

With the “A sense of Place” philosophy, Rosewood provides its guests with the incomparable experience of a palace hotel, alongside the local culture.

The Rosewood São Paulo Hotel will be the first Rosewood Hotel in South America and the first six-star hotel in Brazil.

The hotel will rely on 100,000 m² of space devoted to events and ceremonies, including a chapel for special occasions.

Giner developed the entire acoustic project of the Hotel Rosewood São Paulo.
