Future Prevent Senior Sancta Maggiore Hospital – Unit 23 de Maio with architectural design by Perkins & Will and acoustic design by Giner.
Note that the building is in front of Av. Rubem Berta, with a helipad on the roof, therefore, we have high external noises sources for an existing building, aiming to meet the recommendations of the Brazilian standard ABNT (Brazilian Association for Technical Standards) NBR (Brazilian Technical Standard) 10152: 2017 for hospitals.
In addition to the special care of the façade, we have internal rooms that require specific acoustic design, such as the resonance rooms, beds, internal circulations, operating rooms, among others.
